The original color per COA was White with Black Leatherette. At the time of restoration the decision was made to paint the car flawless Black and install Black Leather instead. The car was disassembled of its entire jewelry, suspension, doors, hood and deck lid. The body and dash was chemically stripped and sanded down to bare metal, painted, reupholstered in leather with tan piping, correct German square weave carpets, all instruments were restored by North Hollywood Speedometer, new Koni shocks, detailed and undercoated belly pans, front and rear brakes and spindles and all new chrome in and out. The car comes with two engines, it’s matching number motor #63659 is presently not in the car due to the fact that the previous owner preferred to have a few more horses under the deck lid, therefore he had a 912 motor installed instead. The original freshly restored motor is presently being stored awaiting the decision of its new owner. Both motors come with the car. This car is becoming a very solid investment especially with the world economy as it is today.
